MSPs can immediately purchase, deploy and support CyberQP through the MSP-aaS ecosystem, combining privileged access technology with NOCDOC-powered operations
Dallas, Texas — October 28, 2026 — MSP-as-a-Service (MSP-aaS), powered by NOCDOC, today announced a strategic go-to-market alliance with CyberQP that brings privileged access management into the MSP-aaS technology and operations ecosystem. At launch, MSP partners can purchase, deploy and support CyberQP’s Panthera platform through MSP-aaS, giving them a ready-to-use approach to managing privileged access security backed by an operating model built for MSP service delivery.
The alliance pairs CyberQP’s AI-native privileged access management technology with the people, processes and technical operations available through MSP-aaS and NOCDOC. Together, the companies will help MSPs move away from standing administrative privileges, shared credentials, and manual access processes toward a more secure, auditable, and repeatable approach across customer environments.
For MSPs, the benefit is a practical way to discover and secure privileged accounts. This includes protecting and rotating credentials, applying just-in-time and least-privilege access, enforcing multifactor authentication, and maintaining auditable records without assembling the technology and operational support on their own.
“For an MSP, privileged access isn’t just a security issue. It’s an operating-model issue that many start and few are able to finish and scale their efforts,” said Juan Fernandez, CEO of Summit Holdings. “Your technicians need administrative access to do their jobs, but every standing credential and manual access process creates another risk to manage across every customer you support. With this alliance, partners can now put CyberQP to work through MSP-aaS, combining the security controls they need with the operational framework to make those controls repeatable. We’re giving MSPs quick access to another way to strengthen security without making their businesses harder to operate.”
Helping MSPs Secure Technician Access without Adding Operational Complexity
As MSPs support more users, endpoints, and customer environments, privileged access becomes both a security challenge and a service-delivery challenge. The CyberQP and MSP-aaS alliance gives MSPs a more standardized approach to securing administrative access while supporting efficient technician workflows.
Key capabilities for MSP partners include:
CyberQP also generates privileged-access evidence to support audit and cyber-insurance requirements.
“Privileged access is uniquely difficult for MSPs because technicians need to move quickly across many customer environments without turning broad administrative access into unnecessary risk,” said Jim Jessup, COO & Co-Founder, CyberQP. “Our alliance with MSP-aaS combines the controls needed to discover, secure, manage and govern privileged access with an operational model designed for MSP service delivery. That gives partners a practical path toward reducing standing privilege while keeping technicians productive and customer environments supportable at scale.”
CyberQP Expands the MSP-as-a-Service Security Ecosystem
MSP-aaS was built to help MSPs address the operational challenges that accompany growth by consolidating technology, service delivery, automation, and operational resources into a repeatable model. Its current model encompasses Service Desk/NOC, SOC, compliance, reporting, orchestration, automation, and procurement as part of an operating engine built for MSP scale.
With CyberQP in the ecosystem, MSPs can adopt PAM as part of the MSP-aaS operating model instead of managing it as a separate technology initiative.
CyberQP’s platform supports privileged access across servers, workstations, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. NOCDOC serves as a white-label operations layer for MSPs and states that it works within partners’ existing RMM, PSA and security stacks.
MSP-aaS and CyberQP plan to build on the launch offering with additional service packages and partner-enablement resources over time.
